We at HireShield.com do our best to ensure the accuracy of every record retrieved on your behalf, however in the billions of records obtained there can be inaccuracies that are not in control of background check providers but within the data itself. In the case that the data seems incorrect, please contact us and we will do our best to re-run the search for you. If the data you provide for the search is inaccurate and we cannot locate your request, no refund is provided due to the cost of sourcing records in relation to the searched individual.
Due to the nature of digital background check services, purchases made on HireShield are generally non-refundable once the order has been placed.
Once a purchase is completed, background check credits are issued to the customer’s account. These credits do not expire and may be used at any time for the intended service or for future applicants.
Refunds will not be issued if a customer decides not to proceed with the background check after purchase, including situations where the applicant does not return the required authorization form.
